ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL/barbara bui leather jacket

As I said on Twitter...Any trip that ends with Barbara Bui leather is a good one.  Found this beauty on my last day in LA at Wasteland, along with many other goodies.  Definitely my new favorite shop and it will be on my LA agenda from now on.

Stay tuned for some Chanel and Burberry treasures also from Wasteland.

KEEP IT COZY/pajamas as street wear

During the winter months, I just want to be cozy.  It's cold, it's dry and I really just feel like I could spend most days in bed; therefore, it is not unusual for me to keep it casual during the winter months.  It's times like these that I crave the sleepwear-as-street wear trend...and whether the trend is on its way out or not, I decided to pull out my leopard pajama bottoms again.  But this time I opted to mix with other separates rather than wearing head to toe pajamas.  It's all about mixing it up in 2013.

BY REQUEST/diy jil sander veiled beanie

Many people have asked me to post more pictures of my DIY Jil Sander veiled beanie.  The last picture I posted really showed only the veil...so I bring you this post which shows the top of this DIY gem.  I love this hat so much.  I feel like it goes with everything; dress it up or dress it down, this beauty will never fail you.  It's almost kind of like one of those friends that you can always count on.

I'm wearing my hat with my Marc Jacobs for Neiman Marcus for Target clutch...phew!  It just says Marc Jacobs on the front, so let's just keep it at that.

P.S.  The last time I checked, this Marc Jacobs clutch was 70% off at Target.

P.S.S. Feel free to email me if you have any issues making your very own Jil Sander veiled beanie.

HOW TO KISS A LEOPARD/kirna zabete for target sleeveless drawstring jumper in leopard kiss print

So, there I was, just buying some socks when I saw this little stunner.  I had no intention of buying yet another Kirna Zabete for Target piece, but how could I resist?!  It is just amazing how expensive some of the designer collaborations for Target can look.  This collection, in particular, is incredibly high quality...and the prints are to die for!  And I am loving the leopard kiss print!

I am a fan of Kirna Zabete anyway and the boutique is on my agenda for all my trips to New York.  It is like a candy shop for fashion lovers...not too big, not too small, but just right and filled with wonderful clothing and accessories from all of your favorite designers.  The online shop is fun too.  Need a pick-me-up?  Do a little perusing through this virtual treat at http://www.kirnazabete.com/.

POP/andy warhol limited edition campbell's soup cans

A few shots from my kitchen.  I was quick to pick up my Andy Warhol soup cans from Target.  They are an absolute must-have...and at 75 cents a can, they are completely guilt-free.
