WHITE FAIRY/prague

I'm finally posting pictures (or a picture of one thing) from Prague.  How can you love a place so much and not have a thousand pictures to post of it?  I'm not exactly sure how that happens, but while going through my Prague pictures, it seemed that this one spot captured everything.  Love you Prague!  We'll be back soon!

THE OVERLOOK/budapest

It's taken me a minute, but I am finally getting to my Eastern Europe photos.  Here are a few from Budapest, which was my favorite of all the cities we visited this trip.  

We stayed at the Hotel Gellert.  I couldn't have been happier with this hotel, as it was like staying in The Overlook Hotel in The Shining.  It was dated, but our room was absolutely charming.  It was a two-story suite with a balcony and giant chandelier.  The hotel's hallways were long and carpeted... and I just knew that at any moment, young twins would appear at the end of it.  Never happened, but I loved the hotel just the same.  I strongly recommend it to anybody who is planning a trip to Budapest.

GOING BACK TO CALI/los angeles, california

About a month ago, I took a little weekend trip to LA.  I had been to LA before, but it had been awhile...so everything felt very new to me.  I had the absolute best time!  The shopping, the food, the art, the architecture...so much excitement and beauty in one place!  I realized that I need to visit LA more often...as in, at least once a year.

Here are a few shots of some of the highlights.
